Susan Coffey is a seasoned finance and HR professional with extensive experience in both voluntary and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Volunteer HR and Finance Manager at BeScience STEM since August 2024, Susan evaluates and supports organizational systems tailored to the needs of disadvantaged youth. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Engagement at Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative, Head of UK Finance at United Purpose, and Commercial and Finance Director at the Royal Osteoporosis Society. Susan has also contributed as a Trustee and Chair of the Finance & General Purposes Committee at National Dance Company Wales and held financial positions with Life Sciences Hub Wales and the BBC. A Fellow of CIMA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Susan possesses a BA Hons in International Relations from the University of Sussex.
