Kyra Bestor is an experienced educator currently serving as a Dual Language Kindergarten Teacher at Cicero District 99 since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kyra was a Dual Language Teacher at Berwyn North School District 98 and an Apprentice at Acero Schools, where curriculum development and differentiated instruction were prominent responsibilities. Education includes a Master's in Early Childhood Special Education and a Bachelor's in Psychology. Additional training includes a Bilingual Certification from the University of St. Francis. Throughout their career, Kyra has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing bilingual education through collaborative efforts with specialists and maintaining communication with parents to increase involvement.
