Riccardo Dalla Palma is the current Responsabile di produzione at Bertagni 1882, overseeing the operational activities of a site with 280 employees and a production capacity of 350 tons per week. Responsibilities include coordinating production processes in alignment with management plans and improving workflow to reduce production costs. Previously, Riccardo served as a Production & Logistics Coordinator, managing internal logistics flow and optimizing storage space with a focus on Lean production principles, as well as as a Production Planner responsible for order processing and maximizing production line efficiency. Prior experience includes working as a ski instructor for the FISI - Federazione Italiana Sport Invernali. Riccardo holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and Integrated Logistics from Università degli Studi di Verona and a scientific high school diploma from New Cambridge Institute.
