Charlie is the leader of BerryDunn’s State Government Practice Group. He has hands-on experience with technology, having served as the firm’s database administrator and software enhancement coordinator for the practice management system for six years. Over the last 21 years, Charlie has led independent consulting project teams primarily serving the needs of state government clients.
