John Berry is an accomplished legal and military professional, currently serving as the CEO and Owner of Berry Law Firm, specializing in Criminal Defense and Veterans Law since 2003. Berry’s military background includes commanding roles such as Battalion Commander in the Nebraska National Guard from 2015 to 2018 and Company Commander in the United States Army. Berry has also held significant leadership positions in various legal associations, including President of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and Board Member for the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Military Law Section. Berry's educational background includes a J.D. with honors from Creighton University School of Law and a B.A. in English from William & Mary, along with advanced training at various military and law colleges.
