Srivya Sadanandan has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in Learning and Development, with a career spanning over a decade. Prior experience includes an HR Executive role at DM Wayanad Institute of Medical Sciences, responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employee relations programs. Srivya's career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, India, focusing on talent acquisition in the IT and Telecom sectors.
