Gus Kallergis is a partner at Bernstein-Burkley, leading the Cleveland, OH office and specializing in Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights, Business and Transactions, and Real Estate and Commercial Finance. With prior experience as a partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold, Kallergis advised a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies, in business restructuring, commercial finance, M&A, and health care. Kallergis also held associate positions at Jones Day and Thompson Hine LLP, focusing on business restructuring law. Kallergis earned a JD from Notre Dame Law School and a BA in History and Political Science from Yale University.
