Giulio Tedeschi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate advisory services, having served as a Partner at Bernoni Grant Thornton since 1989, where expertise includes company law, M&As, valuations, financial reporting, tax consultancy, and tax litigation. Tedeschi joined the firm as an Assistant in 1982 immediately after graduating. Additionally, since October 2005, Tedeschi has contributed to the academic field as a Contract Professor in the Department of Economics at Università Cattolica in Milan, focusing on best practice methodologies in M&As and recovery. Tedeschi holds a degree in Economia e Commercio from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed between 1977 and 1981.
