Milla Toivanen is currently a Summer Trainee at Berner since May 2023 and previously served as a Research Assistant at Aalto University, focusing on sustainable water services. At Aalto University, Milla contributed to developing bachelor-level courses in water management within a multidisciplinary team. Milla's experience includes a role as a Research and Teaching Assistant at LUT University, where responsibilities involved individual research on GWP rates of blue hydrogen production and coordinating projects related to environmental engineering. Earlier employment included positions as a cashier and restaurant worker at Osuuskauppa Hämeenmaa from 2015 to 2019. Milla is pursuing a Master of Technology in Water and Environmental Engineering at Aalto University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from LUT University.
