Cory Harshman is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles within the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Bernardus Lodge & Spa since August 2022, Cory has also held the title of Banquet Sous Chef at the same establishment. In addition, Cory is the Executive Chef at CH Private Dining, a position held since September 2021. Previous roles include Chef De Cuisine at Casanova Carmel, Executive Sous Chef at Piatti Ristorante, and Chef De Partie at Paragary Restaurant Group. Cory began culinary training with an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
