Jerome A Williams, BArch, LEED GA, is an experienced Project Manager currently working at XL Construction since September 2022. Previously, Jerome served as an Assistant Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Swinerton from June 2017 to September 2022, and as a Project Manager at TriMark SS Kemp & Co. from March 2016 to June 2017. Jerome also held the role of Project Manager at Mistick Construction from August 2012 to September 2015. Early career experience includes positions as an Architectural Designer/Intern at Penner & Associates Architects and as an Architectural Intern at New York Design Architects and Klingmann Architects & Brand Consultants. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and is actively pursuing an Architect license, alongside having achieved LEED GA accreditation. Responsibilities throughout the career have included managing subcontractors, creating and reviewing construction documents, coordinating designs with MEPs, and engaging with clients on projects valued between 1 million and 40 million dollars.
