Andy Hemmings has extensive work experience in the supply chain and planning field. Andy began their career at Carlsberg Group as an Account Manager, where they handled on-trade customers and was responsible for orders and upselling. Andy then moved on to 2 Sisters Food Group, initially working as a Planning Manager for the Poultry Division, reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with senior management. Andy later transitioned to the role of Head of S&OP, where they oversaw scenario planning, database management, and the planning of key seasonal events. Andy also had a brief stint at Aunt Bessies as a Demand Manager and Planning Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Supply Chain at Bernard Matthews.
Andy Hemmings attended Wyke College from 1996 to 1999, where they studied A Levels in English, Politics, and Media Studies. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1995, they completed their GCSEs at Winifred Holtby School.
