Sean Kaden is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Operations Manager at Bermex since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kaden spent over 17 years at Moe's Southwest Grill, culminating in the position of Director of Operations where responsibilities included P&L accountability, inventory management, and coaching for over 500 employees. Previous roles at Moe's included Regional Manager overseeing multi-unit franchised locations in the Orlando, Tampa, and St. Petersburg areas, as well as District Manager for the Tampa region, focusing on market penetration and new store openings. Kaden began their career at Moe's as General Manager, successfully managing a franchise location. Kaden earned an education from Hillsborough Community College between 1999 and 2003.
