Sergio Pendas is an accomplished architect with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various prominent firms. Since February 2020, Sergio has been contributing as an Architect at Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. Prior to this role, significant tenure was spent at Leo A Daly from 2005 to February 2020, as well as at Louis Berger from 2001 to 2005, where responsibilities included project management. Additional experience includes positions held at M C Harry Associates (1999-2001), Wolfberg Alvarez and Partners (1990-1999), and Gutierrez Architects (1987-1990). Sergio's educational background includes a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Miami, earned between 1984 and 1987, and an Associate in Arts in Architecture from Miami Dade College from 1982 to 1984.
