Wiktor Barasinski has a strong background in performance management and digital advertising. Wiktor started their career at Link me up - digital agency in 2009 as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they prepared media plans and offers for clients, created and managed digital advertising campaigns, and participated in website and application planning. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at WUNDERTEAM agencja reklamowa! as a Performance Manager, where they created and ran digital ads campaigns, prepared media plans and offers for clients, and analyzed data using analytical tools. In 2020, they joined Efirst Asia as a Performance Manager, where they developed and launched the Floyee brand in the beauty industry, implemented performance strategies, and maximized ad results on various channels. Currently, they are working at BERLIN GREEN as a Performance Manager, where they focus on developing performance strategies, optimizing budgets, and executing campaigns with specific goals.

Wiktor Barasinski obtained a Licentiate degree in Finance & Banking from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu. Wiktor attended this school from 2006 to 2009.
