Ralph Pridgen III is an experienced operations and project management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the construction industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Executive at The Berlin Steel Construction Company since June 2014, Ralph has also held the position of Sr. Project Manager since January 2007, overseeing various structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental projects while managing safety programs at the division level. Prior to this, Ralph was the President of RWS INC from July 1999 to June 2006, responsible for daily operations, including estimating, sales, and human resources, as well as brand development and marketing. Earlier in the career, Ralph served as Field Operations Manager at Hallmark Ironworks from 1995 to 1999, coordinating installation schedules and managing collaboration with general contractors and subcontractors.
