Hal Martin has a diverse work experience. Hal started their career as a Sales Team Leader at University Directories in 2011, where they supervised a team of 5 Sales Interns. In 2012, they joined PepsiCo and held various roles including Customer Supply Chain Supervisor, Customer Supply Chain Walmart Chilled - Team Lead, Customer Development Assistant Representative, Supply Chain Senior Lead - Delivery Supervisor, and Small Format - Pre-Sell Representative. At PepsiCo, they managed large volumes of accounts, exceeded revenue targets, and led cross-functional meetings. In 2019, they joined Berlin Packaging as a Distribution Center Operations Manager and later moved on to become the Regional Director of Operations. Hal has demonstrated strong leadership, analytical skills, and a track record of driving efficiencies and meeting KPIs. Prior to their roles at PepsiCo, they worked as a Tour Guide at Anheuser-Busch in 2010.

Hal Martin received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
