Alfred F. Kelly, Jr. is an experienced executive currently serving as Advisory Director at Berkshire Partners since March 2024 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Visa since November 2016, where Mr. Kelly joined the board in 2014. Prior roles include Executive Chairman at Intersection Co. in 2016, and Chairman, President, and CEO of the New York/New Jersey Super Bowl Host Committee from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Kelly spent over two decades at American Express, culminating in roles as President and Head of the Global Consumer Group. Mr. Kelly holds an MBA in Business Administration from Iona University and a BA in Computer and Information Sciences from the same institution.
