Stephen Dundon is the Head of Operations for Australia and New Zealand at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, a role held since February 2022, focusing on long-term risk solutions and tailored insurance offerings. Previously, Stephen spent over 16 years at Chubb, where responsibilities included positions as Global Operations Manager and various managerial roles in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Asia Pacific region. Earlier experience includes a Business Analyst role at IAG. Stephen holds a Diploma in Financial Services with a specialization in Risk Management and Insurance from ANZIIF and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Economics, as well as a Master of International Business from Macquarie University.
