Renee (Smiley) Griffin serves as Vice President of Claims Operations at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, having previously held the positions of Assistant Vice President and Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Renee worked at AIG as the Payment Support Team Lead. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Applied Science degree in Health Administration, both obtained from the University of Phoenix.
