Kimberly Gearhart is currently serving as the Director of Programs Operations at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly was a Lead Underwriting Analyst for Programs at AXIS Capital from September 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with various departments to optimize underwriting processes and preparing monthly management reports. Kimberly also held the position of Underwriting Product Analyst, focusing on compliance and governance for US Programs teams. Kimberly's career began at Maxum Specialty Insurance Group, where tenure from September 2006 to September 2019 included the role of Accounting Reporting Manager, overseeing investment accounting and financial reporting. Kimberly earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1989 and 1993.
