John Skinner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Legal for North America at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since September 2013, John has held various leadership roles including Chief Counsel and Vice President - Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this, John worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as Counsel from October 2001 to September 2013 and began their career as an Associate at Monahan & Associates, P.C. from July 1996 to October 2001. John Skinner earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Suffolk University Law School between 1993 and 1996.
