Garth Bruen is an experienced software architect at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since November 2022, overseeing complex risk solutions within a financially strong organization. Prior to this role, Garth served as an OnBase Enterprise Consultant at KnujOn Solutions LLC for nearly two decades, focusing on enterprise information management in government and healthcare sectors. Garth has also contributed to various projects at Fiserv and Mile High Flood District, providing technical consultation and workflow solutions. Notably, Garth led efforts in online opioid trafficking analysis and policy development with the FDA and DEA, participating in significant policy discussions and training initiatives. Garth’s academic involvement includes serving on the ICANN At-Large Advisory Committee and teaching Digital Forensics at Fisher College. Garth holds a Certificate in Software Engineering from Northeastern University, an MPA in Public Policy Development from Suffolk University, and a BS in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
