Craig Taylor is an experienced insurance professional with extensive expertise in property and technical lines. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Property for Australia and New Zealand at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since March 2015, Craig leads property, technical lines, and risk engineering initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Property overseeing various sectors including property, power, energy, mining, and construction, and a Property Manager position at HDI-Gerling Industrie Versicherung AG. Craig’s career also includes positions as a Property Underwriter at Zurich Financial Services Australia and a Property & Casualty Underwriter at Aviva plc. Early in the career, Craig held underwriting roles at Vero and RSA Insurance Group. Craig holds a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Management from Massey University.
