Richard Falgout currently serves as Branch Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties since October 2020. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Broker Associate at Prudential Anderson Properties from April 2013 to October 2020, and as Broker of Record at Real Living Houston Home Sales from February 2007 to April 2013. Richard began their real estate career as a Realtor Sales Associate at Prudential Real Estate from March 2003 to February 2007. Before transitioning to real estate, Richard was a Telecommunication Engineer at Shell Oil Company for over a decade, from 1989 to 2001. Educationally, Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and holds two additional Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
