Jason Dillard is a Cultural Proficiency Expert and the Founder/CEO of Dillard Consulting Group, focusing on trauma-informed education and practices to support marginalized youth in addressing racial and social injustices. In addition, Jason serves as a Teacher for Equity Initiatives at Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools, empowering adult learners, particularly from African American, Latinx, and women of color backgrounds, to complete their high school education. Jason also has a background in real estate as a Realtor-Broker Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate, where responsibilities include lead generation and negotiation. Previous experience spans roles such as Inside Sales Representative at Gexpro, Special Assistant to the Associate Athletic Director at California State University, Sacramento, and President of Signature Sports Reps. LLC, a sports agency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of California, Davis.
