Andrea Sullivan has extensive experience in real estate and facilities planning, currently serving as a Board Member for the Daniel Island Community Association since January 2023 and as a Licensed REALTOR ® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Sun Real Estate since August 2022. Previously, Andrea was the President of the Daniel Island Neighborhood Association from January 2022 to December 2023 and has held multiple REALTOR ® positions across South Carolina and Arizona since 2016. Andrea's background includes substantial roles in facilities management, having served as Director of Facilities Planning, Maintenance & Operations at the Orange County Department of Education, and as Owner/Consultant at AKS Consulting. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban & Regional Planning & Development from the University of Southern California.
