Steven Sinkway serves as Legal Counsel at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies since October 2023. Prior to this role, Steven was a Member at Burns White LLC and White & Hickton, LLC, where responsibilities included the defense of various legal actions such as general liability, professional negligence, and medical malpractice, as well as management of FELA and toxic tort matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Steven's prior experience also includes working as an Attorney at O'Brian & Ryan, LLP, specializing in medical malpractice, and at McDonald & DeRosa, focusing on all aspects of case management. Steven earned a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Elizabethtown College.
