Bethany Zink, CPCU, ASLI, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Underwriting Support at Berkley Aspire since June 2023, Bethany has previously held significant roles at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, including CSU Operations Manager and Learning & Development Operations Manager, where leadership of learning programs and team management was central to the responsibilities. Prior roles included Commercial Lines Underwriter, focusing on risk assessment and agency relationship building, and Underwriting Support Manager, overseeing operations for a large team of underwriting assistants. Earlier in the career, Bethany served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cornerstone Careers and as Team Leader at Cincinnati Bell, contributing to operational efficiency and customer service excellence. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas Permian Basin and has further studies at the University of Cincinnati.
