Suzanne Scelza began their work experience as an Underwriting Compliance Manager at Prudential Insurance in 1997, where they worked until 2001. Suzanne then joined ACE USA as a Compliance Manager from 2002 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Berkley Shared Services as a Senior Business Analyst before being promoted to Assistant Vice President - Compliance in 2013. Suzanne worked in this role until 2019 when they joined W. R. Berkley Corporation as the Vice President of Regulatory Compliance. In their position at W. R. Berkley Corporation, they provided compliance guidance to various business units on data reporting, licensing, underwriting, operations, and claims. Suzanne also possesses market conduct experience and extensive knowledge of workers' compensation compliance.

Suzanne Scelza received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business/Marketing from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
