Joyce Krech has over 31 years of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry. Prior to joining Berkley, Joyce served as Operations Manager at a major insurer. Her previous experience also included commercial lines underwriting for fifteen years. Joyce has held a variety of operations and underwriting support roles, including the management of vendor relationships and production support for rate, quote & issue systems. She was also responsible for an online underwriting reference library and various knowledge management initiatives.
