Timothy McGuire currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Claims Officer at Berkley Environmental since June 2019. Previously, Timothy held various leadership positions at Chubb NA from January 1996 to June 2019, including Senior Vice President and Claim Officer overseeing the Mid-Atlantic Region for Casualty Claims, and Vice President responsible for global environmental claims, with significant authority in settlement and claims evaluation. Beginning a career at Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, Timothy rapidly ascended from Claims Representative to Team Leader, managing substantial claim portfolios. Timothy McGuire holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from St. John Fisher College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
