Lauren Watstein, Esq., CPCU, CLMP, currently serves as the AVP, Legal Services Director at Berkley Environmental since May 2022. Prior experience includes acting as Director of Outside Counsel Management at CNA Insurance, where responsibilities involved managing relationships with law firms defending the company and its insureds from September 2019 to March 2022. Lauren was also an Assistant Vice President in the Litigation Management Unit at Chubb NA from June 2003 to September 2019, overseeing a team of attorneys in innovating workflows for law firm invoice processing. Earlier career stages included working as an Associate Litigation Attorney at the Law Office of Joseph Mulshine, where litigation focused on special investigative unit claims for Allstate Insurance, and a law clerk role at Morrison, Mahoney & Miller. Lauren's management experience began as a Multi-Store Manager at Authentic Fitness, overseeing multiple retail locations. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
