Frankie Edwards is an experienced customer relations professional with a strong background in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Customer Relations Manager at Fernhill House for Berkley Care Group since April 2022, Frankie has previously held similar roles at Majesticare Luxury Care Homes and Care UK. With additional experience as Customer Experience Manager at Spire Healthcare Group plc, Frankie has built a solid foundation in customer services since beginning a career in hospitality in 2007.
