Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced software development lead currently at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Previously, Sebastiraj held the position of Director and Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa, overseeing global BPM - Pega initiatives and customer engagement from January 2016 to September 2020. With a strong foundation in architecture and program management, Sebastiraj has worked at Lloyds TSB, Wipro Technologies, FedEx Services, MasterCard, Level 3 Communications, and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd/Polaris Software Lab, gaining extensive expertise in BPM solutions, application upgrades, and team management. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
