Ryan McCarthy is a seasoned Property Manager with diverse experience in real estate and management roles. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Berkeley Partners since May 2022, Ryan previously held the position of Property Manager at Kingston Real Estate & Management from January 2022 to June 2022. Prior to these roles, Ryan spent nearly seven years at Sunbird Transport Inc as a Warehouse Manager, where responsibilities included managing storage for major tenants and assessing inventory. Additionally, Ryan contributed to snow removal operations at P.A. Narsasian Landscaping. Ryan holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2020, and is a graduate of Oliver Ames High School.
