Peter Zwart is a highly experienced scientist specializing in computational biophysics, data science, and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Staff Scientist at Berkeley Lab since February 2005. Prior roles include Staff Scientist, Beamline Scientist, and Research Scientist at the same institution. Peter has a background as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Berkeley National Laboratory and as a Postdoctoral Scholar at SAIC-Frederick. Peter Zwart earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Crystallography from the University of Amsterdam and EMBL-Hamburg, following a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam.
