Natalie Sherman is an experienced professional specializing in program operations, data analysis, and evaluation within social change and sustainability contexts. Currently serving as a Program Operations Analyst II at Berkeley Lab since July 2022, Natalie also works as a consultant for Good Gravy, where expertise in data capture and evidence-based decision making is utilized to support clients. Previously, Natalie held multiple roles at Fair Trade USA, including Business Applications Manager and Salesforce Administrator, and worked at Compass Family Services as Data and Evaluation Manager. Additional experience includes positions at the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Kiva.org, and Egon Zehnder International. Natalie holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in French and International Business from Georgia State University.
