Arnaud Allézy, PhD, serves as a Mechanical Engineer at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since November 2010, where responsibilities include the design, analysis, fabrication, and commissioning of scientific experimental equipment for national research programs. Prior experience includes a consulting role at Robert Bosch LLC, focusing on Computational Fluid Dynamics for heat transfer analysis, and a position as a Mechanical/Research Engineer at Thales Alenia Space, where innovative deployable instrument concepts for space telescopes were developed. Earlier roles involved teaching at INSA Lyon and an internship at EDF R&D, which contributed to advancements in the thermo-mechanical performance of electric stovetops. Arnaud Allézy holds a PhD, a Master’s of Science, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon.
