Yalda Ghamarian Howell is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Director at Berkadia since June 2022. Prior to this role, Yalda held various leadership positions at CBRE from September 2012 to June 2022, including Senior Vice President and First Vice President in Multifamily Investment Sales. Yalda's career began at Kettler, Inc. as an Assistant Property Manager from August 2009 to July 2011. Yalda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Housing from Virginia Tech (2005-2009) and furthered education at Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2011 to 2012.
