Vanessa Velez Baehr has over a decade of experience in administrative and operational roles within the real estate industry. Starting as a Project Manager at Macerich in 2007, Vanessa advanced to positions such as Global Administrator and Administrative Assistant in Tenant Coordination. Subsequently, Vanessa served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at PEM Real Estate Group and worked as an Escrow Assistant at Rialto Capital Management. Since April 2014, Vanessa Velez Baehr has held various leadership roles at Berkadia, culminating in the position of Vice President - Production Operations, alongside responsibilities in production support and field support for investment sales.
