Paul Cooper is an experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at BERICAP since January 2022, with a solid background in quality, environment, health, and safety (QEHS) management. Previously held positions at Shipham Valves Limited and Wärtsilä, where responsibilities included overseeing QEHS practices and conducting quality control inspections. Paul also has experience as a Maintenance Technician at Wabtec Group and served as an Aircraft Technician at BAE Systems, where skills in mechanical engineering and aeronautical manufacturing were developed. Paul holds a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health and completed an NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering through a three-year apprenticeship.
