Christian Musiol has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1987 as an Officer in the Bundeswehr. In 1989, they became an Assistant Project Manager at OTTO GmbH & Co KG until 1995. From 1991 to 1992, they worked as an Assistant Market Research at GfK. Christian Musiol then joined EUROPACK in 1996 as a General Manager / Commercial Head and stayed there until 2008. Since 2008, they have been working as a Sales Director at BERICAP.

Christian Musiol attended the Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in economics with a focus on wholesale and foreign trade. Christian then went on to attend the University of Hamburg from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a degree in political economics and graduated as a Dipl.-Volkswirt, or graduate economist.
