Mattias Hansson is a seasoned professional in the marine and propulsion sectors with extensive experience in global sales management. Currently serving as Global Sales Manager at Berg Propulsion since July 2020, Mattias previously worked at Caterpillar Inc. from July 2013 to June 2020, holding roles including Manager of Ship Solutions in the Marine Solution Center and Senior Sales Manager for Caterpillar Propulsion. Mattias also contributed to Berg Propulsion from April 2003 to June 2013 in various positions, including Senior Sales Manager and Project and Design Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Naval Architecture from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Örebro University, alongside a master thesis completed at IIHR—Hydroscience & Engineering.
