Mieke Smits is an accomplished social media marketeer currently employed at Berden Mode & Wonen since March 2019, focusing on social media channels for both Berden Wonen & Slapen and Pot Interieur, as well as managing the website, newsletters, promotions, and campaigns. Prior experience includes roles as a sales staff and social media manager at Bakkerij Smits, and a marketing and communication intern at Globemilk, where Mieke conducted research on the product Melky. Additional internships involved diverse marketing and communication tasks at Rendiz, supporting individuals with disabilities at ORO, and organizing entertainment programs at Top Recreatie. Mieke holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a minor in Retail and Store Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, in addition to a Level 4 Cios qualification in Sport and Movement Guidance from ROC Leeuwenborgh.
