Tri Nurdianto is an experienced service coordination and project management professional with a background in IT and operations. Currently serving as a Service Coordinator at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa since November 2021, Tri is responsible for creating a project management service concept in the oil sector. Previously held positions include Service Desk Project Coordinator at Lintas Media Danawa, where responsibilities ranged from product ownership to managing service desk operations and client relationships. Earlier experience at Lintasarta involved roles such as Service Desk IT Supervisor, Analyst Incident and Escalation, and Engineer IT Infrastructure, focusing on service standards, incident analysis, and IT troubleshooting. Tri began a career in IT as an IT Administrator and IT Technician, gaining foundational skills in troubleshooting and support. Tri graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Gunadarma in 2015.
