Ardiansyah Budilaksana is a seasoned System Support professional with over a decade of experience at PT TRAVIRA AIR, having held this position since January 2010. Prior to this role, Ardiansyah served as IT Support at PT Transavia Informatika Pratama for six months in 2009. Educationally, Ardiansyah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Indraprasta PGRI, completing studies in June 2015.
