Tim A. Neufer, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is an experienced architectural professional with a robust background in project management and construction administration. Currently serving as Project Manager at Berardi + Partners, LLC since February 2023 and as Senior Construction Administrator at Vocon since March 2022, Tim has held various significant roles in the architecture field, including Project Architect and Senior Project Manager at multiple firms. Tim’s career spans over a decade and includes tenure at HBM Architects LLC, Lesko Associates, and DLR Group | Westlake Reed Leskosky, among others. Tim holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University, earned between 1983 and 1990.
