Brodie Wilson is a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategy and growth, currently serving as the Strategic Growth Lead ANZ at Open since January 2023 and concurrently as the Head of Strategy and Growth at Hatchery since March 2024. Prior to these roles, Brodie held various positions at Monitor Deloitte from January 2018 to January 2023, achieving significant milestones in strategy management, including overseeing a transformation program for a private-equity portfolio that realized $10 million in operational expense reductions, and designing hybrid-agile operating models for a technology company. Earlier experience includes roles as a paralegal at CDI Lawyers Pty Ltd and Holding Redlich, specializing in construction and infrastructure law, providing support on substantial legal disputes, and conducting complex legal research. Brodie holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia and a degree from Queensland University of Technology.
