Andrew Gould, P.E. currently serves as the VP of Engineering and Operations at Benton Rural Electric Association as of January 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Director of Engineering Services at UtiliSource LLC from December 2022 to January 2024, leading teams in electric utilities and fiber communications. Andrew's extensive experience includes roles at Duke Energy Corporation as a Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer in Transmission Line Engineering, and at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) as a Technical Leader specializing in asset management analytics and corrosion research. Previous positions also include Senior Engineer at Quanta Technology, Research Assistant at the University of Utah, and Welding Lab Manager at BYU-Idaho. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
